For over 40 years, Sunbelt Investment Holdings Inc. (SIHI) has maintained a well-established reputation for excellence in shaping commercial properties in the Southwest. At SIHI we take pride in our commercial real estate portfolio comprised of high-quality shopping centers, industrial buildings and strategic land sites, many of which are shovel ready for development. SIHI currently owns and operates 23 neighborhood and power shopping centers located in Southern California and Arizona with more than 4.1 million square feet of leasable area. In addition, SIHI owns a 1.5 million square feet portfolio of newly developed industrial buildings and is currently developing its first multifamily project in Phoenix.
