SIHI is currently under construction with a speculative 100,000 sf Flex building at its Bell 17 Business Center in North Phoenix (Bell Road). The building is available for lease to a wide range of uses such as office, laboratory, R&D and light industrial. This project is scheduled to be completed in October 2020. This business park is approximately 52 acres and is nearby the Sky Harbor International Airport in the center of the metro Phoenix area. This building can be available for occupancy within seven months from lease execution.
