Deer Valley Business Campus
Deer Valley Business Campus consists of 80 acres located directly south of the Deer Valley Airport. The Deer Valley submarket has been one of the most competitive industrial trade areas in the Greater Phoenix MSA. Recent announcements such as the $12 Billion TSMC chip manufacturing campus in North Phoenix continue to make this submarket desirable for semi-conductor chip suppliers and other industrial users.
Phase 1 of the project will include three industrial buildings totaling approximately 255,000 sq. ft. Construction of the first phase is scheduled to begin in November 2022. Future phases plan for an additional 550,000 sq. ft.
