This facility features 40’ clear height, 100% HVAC warehouse, 94 dock doors, 4 grade level doors, 98 trailer parking stalls, 8” Slab, 3,000 Amps 277/480 (Expandable), EV Charging stations, and a 3,900 SF Spec office.
