View 202 – Building 1 & 2

View 202 is located in southeast Mesa near the Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport. The project is planned for over 600,000 sq.ft. of Class A industrial space. The first phase is complete and consists of two industrial buildings totaling 243,500 sq.ft. Building 1 is occupied by Dose Moving & Storage (24,497sq.ft.) and Pentagon Technologies (67,906 sq.ft.). Building 2 is occupied by Safelite Auto Glass (146,025 sq.ft).
The site has easy access to two major freeways, Loop 202 and State Route 24. The entrance of the project is situated at the signaled intersection of Ellsworth Rd & Point Twenty-Two Blvd. Several notable projects are located nearby, including the Facebook Mesa Data Center and Apple’s Global Data Command Center.
